Thor Program | Workout Routine

The Chris Hemsworth Thor Workout is based on triggering testosterone levels by targeting major muscle groups. The growth of major muscle groups will force other muscles to adapt and grow to keep up with the increase in strength and muscle gains.

The workouts are not easy and you will more than likely be exhausted from the intensity of the Thor Program. This is one of the reasons a higher calorie intake will be necessary to keep you fueled throughout the day. Sleep is also a MUST. A sufficient amount of sleep is needed so your body can recover and repair torn muscles.

Make sure to keep up with your meals and take the supplements that are recommended.

  2. I have provided a sample meal plan for one day that meets the 3500 calorie requirement. If you are unsure of basic foods nutrition information, there are tons of sites you can find on Google that will assist you with common food calories.

  3. I highly recommend drinking a lot of water. I recommend 1 Gallon of water per day.

  4. If you are having a hard time keeping up with meals, you can substitute with meal replacement bars. Once again a simple Google search will provide a handful of recommendations. Many can also be found at your local grocery store.
